  • Stonegate is nestled in a beautifully wooded setting on the western edge of Portage County in the city of Streetsboro. There are two entrances to Stonegate, both located on the east side of Stone Road just south of Route 303.   • Stonegate is a friendly family-oriented community which includes amenities such as: two landscaped boulevard entrances, city sidewalks, seven cul-de-sacs, a lovely variety of homes, and heavily wooded lots with mature trees.

  • City of Streetsboro zoning requires a minimum of 100 foot wide lots with a minimum of 45 foot setback off the road right of way. Minimum lot sizes are 20,000 square feet, however the average lot size is over a half acre, with some lots over 4 acres. All lots are fully improved with city water, sewer, and natural gas.   • The deed restrictions require side or rear entrance garages, a minimum of 2,000 square foot ranches, a minimum of 2,400 square foot two story homes, 12-1/2 foot side yards, for plenty of space between the homes, and uniform driveway post light requirements -all making this community even more attractive.

  • The quality schools are of the Streetsboro City school district.

  • Stonegate is conveniently located on the Portage and Summit county boarder, with easy access to Route 303, Route 14, and Route 8. Interstate I-480 and I-80 (The Ohio Turnpike) are all just a few minutes away.
