Rolling Hills
	Location, Location, Location! Rolling Hills is located in a convenient area within the beautiful City of Macedonia. South of Route 82 with two entrances, one is located on the east side of Valley View Road, just south of the Macedonia City Center and just north of Highland Road, and the other is just one block south of Route 82 on the west side of Shepard Road. Rolling Hills has two landscaped boulevard entrances, several cul-de-sacs, city sidewalks, and streetlights which make for a wonderful, family-oriented community. Macedonia zoning requires a minimum of 100-foot-wide lots with 70-foot setbacks off the roads and 10-foot minimum side yards. The average lot size is a half-acre. The deed restrictions require a minimum of 2,000 square foot ranches and a minimum of 2,400 square foot two story homes. Rolling Hills is conveniently located between Akron and Cleveland with Route 8, Interstate 271, and The Ohio Turnpike all just minutes away.
