  • Lake Plata is located between Shepard and Chamberlin Roads, situated in a scenic landscape filled with trees. There are two entrances to Lake Plata: one off of Shepard Road, just south of Ledge Road, and one off of Chamberlin Road, north of Entrance Sign Route 82. Lake Plata is just east of the Macedonia city line and just south of I-480.

  • Lake Plata includes amenities such as: common park areas with ponds, landscaped cul-de-sac islands, landscaped neighborhood entrances, and nicely wooded lots.

  • Lake Plata has city sidewalks and streetlights which make for a safe, quiet, family-oriented community. The pond area is protected by the deed restrictions.

  • Twinsburg zoning requires 60 foot setbacks off the roads and 10 foot minimum side yards. Twinsburg also requires that there be no two homes near each other that look alike, making for a wonderful mix of homes. The average lot size is approximately a half acre.   • The deed restrictions require a minimum of 2,000 square feet for one story, 2,100 square feet for one and one-half stories, and a minimum of 2,200 square feet for two story homes. Uniform mailboxes in the city right of way make this community very attractive.

  • The quality schools are of the Twinsburg City School District.

  • Lake Plata is conveniently located near Interstates 480 and 271. Twinsburg has all the comforts, conveniences, and necessities required by today's active family.
